Health & Safety Advisor – Longford
DOE: €40k – €50K
Company Overview:
Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands and East of Ireland, is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support projects across Longford.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company's EHS Management System on various projects.
Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors, and workers.
Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.
Attend relevant HSE meetings as required.
Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Recognised EHS Degree or Diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
Must have 2+ years' Health & Safety experience ideally in construction.
Previous construction experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
Ability to prioritise work requirements and handling multiple tasks.
IT Skills – MS Office packages and database experience.
Full Drivers licence and willingness to travel.
