My client is seeking a Administrator to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will also work in conjunction with the site team. This role offers strong benefits and a competitive salary. Responsibilities: Assist with collating Handover information. Collate BCAR information for the projects. Updating internal Progress trackers. Collate and manage HSE records in conjunction with the Site Officer. Contribute Collate inputs and issue various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on existing company templates for operational and commercial purposes. Complete admin tasks on sites as and when required. Prepare and submit CSO reports as required. Key skills and Experience: Strong IT skills, proficient is MS Office package. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people. Efficient and organized.
