Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize operational activities across international sites. This key role will be responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance in global standards, while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute global operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
* Lead and manage international supply chain, logistics, vendor management, and distribution channels.
* Standardize and streamline operational processes across international plants, ensuring consistency and cost-effectiveness.
* Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements (OTD, MTF, Cost) across various plants.
* Ensure compliance with international trade laws, local regulations, and corporate governance standards.
* Manage diverse teams across multiple timezones and cultures.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with corporate objectives.
* Implement and optimize global systems (ERP, CRM, automation tools) for operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree an advantage).
* At least 5 years' experience in operations management, with significant international exposure.
* Proven track record in managing global supply chains, logistics, and multi-country operations.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams.
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software.
* Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
