About Our Programme
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our 12-month Rotational Placement Programme. This programme is designed for students who are passionate about the food industry and want to gain invaluable experience and skills.
During your placement, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three different areas of our business, including Commercial, Finance, Technical, Operations, HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You will work on real projects and develop your skills in teamwork, leadership, and personal development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You must be currently studying at university for a degree that includes a placement year.
* You should have a strong desire to learn and grow your career in the food industry.
* You should be able to identify three sites you would be happy to travel to, ensuring you can experience the breadth of our business.
