We are recruiting a Mid Week Part-Time Cafe Staff to join our team at Quirc Café.
Quirc Café is a modern and customer focused cafe in the Heart of Straffan, Co Kildare.
Open 7 days a week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm, Saturday 8:30pm to 4:30pm and Sunday and Bank holidays 9am to 4pm.
This position would suit someone with experience in a similar role, who is looking to work part time (5 days per week) Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm in a busy café/ retail environment.
It would not suit a student.
The ideal candidate must be
Barista trained with a good knowledge of understanding coffee.
Have very strong customer service skills.
Fluent English is required and a professional and polite manner is essential.
Excellent food preparation.
Health and Safety regulations /HACCP trained.
1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Flexible to work weekdays only
Flexible with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and serving.
Barista.
Liaising with customers, and taking orders.
Using the till/ card machine.
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
End-of-day cleaning.
Maintain HACCP Standards.
