Senior Network Partner Reinsurance Specialist – Credit Control

The Senior Network Partner and Reinsurance Specialist for Credit Control will lead cash collection discussions with network and reinsurance partners across the respective branches and drive initiatives to automate and standardize Network Partner Credit Control processes. This role ensures alignment with our European and APAC teams to achieve performance and governance goals. Additionally, fostering cross-country collaboration to improve cash collection, share best practices, and reduce aged balances is a key focus of this position.
What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Standardize and optimize Credit Control processes to prepare them for automation, further improving cash collection and reducing aged balances across regions.
Lead initiatives to drive ongoing and future automation (e.g., EDI, auto allocations, auto reminders, future billings) for Credit Control processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in cash collection.
Oversee process governance, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices across regions.
Monitor and report on performance metrics to identify trends, collaborating with ESS Network Partner Credit Control and Fac and Captive Credit Control including country teams to agree on action items to meet KPIs.
Actively contribute to aged debt reduction for Network Partner and Fac and Captive to achieve the yearly set KPIs.
Identify and leverage best practices across regions, leading the execution of agreed changes.
Foster effective collaboration and engagement with different stakeholders in Global Operations (Network Partner Credit Control and Ceded Re), countries (Credit Control, MO, Finance, Claims), Network Partner Management Center, GT, IDA, and others.
Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed.
You will report to the Network Partner Reinsurance Centre Manager.
What you will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities
Proven moderate experience in Credit Control within the insurance industry, with compelling expertise in process optimization.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Power BI, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with automation tools relevant to Credit Control processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present articulately to diverse internal/external audiences, facilitate collaboration across teams, and exercise appropriate discretion with people from all levels of the company.
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with a focus on process enhancement.
Robust experience in managing cross-functional initiatives across regions.
Ability to organize oneself (and others if applicable) including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines.
Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group.
