Property Loss Adjuster Role
A leading insurance provider is expanding its specialist claims team and is seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster. This is a field-based role supporting customers across Ireland through the full claim's lifecycle — from on-site assessment to resolution.
You'll join a collaborative and well-supported team, with the opportunity to work on diverse and complex property claims while making a real impact.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of property claims from initiation to resolution, maintaining a customer-first approach
* Conduct on-site assessments of loss/damage and compile accurate findings and reports
* Communicate with customers and third parties in a clear and empathetic manner
* Negotiate settlement outcomes aligned with regulatory, business, and customer service objectives
* Deliver case decisions within designated authority levels and company processes
* Handle enquiries efficiently, escalating as necessary to maintain service excellence
* Support surge event management when required to ensure continued service delivery
Requirements:
* CIP qualified
* 3+ years' experience in property loss adjusting
* Dip LA or working towards ACILA/ACII (desirable but not essential)
* Experience dealing with brokers and a diverse customer base
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills
* Full clean driving licence (field-based role)
