My client is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to support their team across property management, compliance, finance, and marketing.
The Role Youll play a key part in keeping their property operations running smoothly handling everything from tenancy paperwork and RTB registrations to property listings and financial admin.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and experienced in admin ideally in a property or lettings environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare tenancy agreements, contracts, and other property documents Manage property files, CRM updates, and viewing/maintenance scheduling Handle RTB registrations and ensure compliance with property legislation Upload property listings and manage our social media accounts Support rent collection, contractor payments, and financial records Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams What Were Looking For 10+ years admin experience (essential) Property or lettings experience is a strong advantage Excellent organisation and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM and social media skills are a bonus Some knowledge of RTB, BER certs, and property regulations is helpful Salary *****k Skills: Administration Property
