The post holder will be familiar with and adhere to The Professional Scope of Practice Framework (An Bord Altranais 2015). They will also partake in the Total Quality Management processes, contributing to the setting of standards and identifying quality guideline issues.

Act as a clinical leader and resource within the Urology Day Unit. Contribute to policy development and implementation. Demonstrate effective use of resources and cost containment practices. Maintain a visible leadership presence on the unit during clinical shifts.

Support orientation and ongoing education of staff in urology-specific practices. Identify learning needs within the unit and help coordinate training sessions. Qualification

NMBI General Nurse license in good standing.

Experience
