Job Overview
Mowlam Healthcare, a leading private Nursing Home operator in Ireland, is expanding its Support Office team and seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Main Objective
The primary function of this role is to support all recruitment activities across the group, ensuring timely hiring needs are met. This involves close collaboration with Healthcare Managers, Directors of Nursing, and other staff members to understand staffing requirements, anticipate future needs, and identify cost-effective recruiting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interviewing, permit applications, compliance documentation, social media, and daily recruitment queries.
2. Coordinate with government agencies to obtain work permits for overseas staff.
3. Support recruitment administration, including creating employment contracts, offer letters, and maintaining employee files.
4. Collaborate with Care Centers and Healthcare Direct to define role requirements, identify recruitment channels, source candidates, and develop screening and assessment tools.
5. Attract potential candidates through various sources such as social networks and recruitment agencies.
6. Manage the careers webpage and recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
7. Suggest improvements to recruitment processes, policies, and strategies, and contribute to new concepts and standards.
8. Work with recruitment agencies and vendors to facilitate recruiting processes.
9. Support the wider HR team with organizational HR initiatives.
10. Participate in recruitment and HR projects as needed.
11. Update and maintain vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
12. Assist in preparing Talent Acquisition reports and presentations.
Requirements
* Third Level Human Resources/Recruitment qualification.
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
* Strong knowledge of hiring processes, including overseas recruitment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to company needs.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within Ireland.

This is a hybrid role with a strong on-site presence required most days at our Support Office in Limerick.
