Job Overview
A HR Director will drive a customer service oriented and high-performance culture ensuring that the HR goals and activities are aligned to the business objectives and needs.
* Developing and overseeing a strategic recruitment approach that manages effective talent acquisition, using best practices and aligning with Employer of Choice vision.
* Ensuring the Performance Management Programme is carried out on a regular and timely basis.
* Preparing an Annual Training Plan in line with organisational requirements.
* Driving systems and procedures which facilitate effective communications throughout the organisation.
* Managing and developing a compensation and benefits plan for the group.
* Leading the HR team to achieve high levels of performance and results aligned with business needs.
* Ensuring effective administration processes, harnessing software capability as appropriate.
* Providing coaching of management and HR team to ensure they deal with all employee relations issues in the correct way.
* Ensuring all Managers are trained in Employment law issues and kept up to date of changes in legislation.
