Our client, a leading financial services customer, is hiring an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team in Dublin on an initial 6‑month daily rate contract. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and change functions to support solution design, process improvement and operating model delivery across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse and define business requirements.
Support solution design, process optimisation and target operating model development.
Work across complex regulatory and legacy system environments to support change delivery initiatives.
Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including functional specifications, process documentation and project materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple business units and transformation programmes.
Support governance, risk management and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to change management, implementation and service transition activities.
Skillset
At least 6 years' experience working in Business Analysis roles.
Strong experience within banking or financial services environments.
Proven ability to document and analyse complex business processes and requirements.
Strong systems analysis experience, including data mapping and working within regulated financial environments.
Experience supporting IT/IS operational and support models.
Excellent technical documentation, stakeholder management and business writing skills.
Formal Business Analyst certification or relevant professional training is highly desirable.
