The Engineering Leadership Opportunity
Are you a seasoned engineer looking to lead by example?
A dynamic and high-compliance manufacturing facility is seeking a Head of Engineering to spearhead its engineering function.
The Role:
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Develop and implement the site's engineering strategy, capital plan, and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee maintenance, utilities, reliability, and asset management to guarantee safe and efficient production.
* Sponsor and deliver capital and improvement projects, from scope definition through commissioning, leveraging data-driven decision making and problem-solving methodologies.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, EHS, and quality requirements, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Act as the senior engineering voice within the Site Leadership Team, working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.
About You:
* A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or similar) and 10+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* A strong track record in team leadership and developing engineering capability, with a proven ability to influence, prioritize, and communicate at senior levels.
* Experience managing capital projects and/or delivering new process capability, with a deep understanding of reliability, asset care, and engineering best practices.
* A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence, with a desire to drive long-term impact.
