We're on the hunt for a dynamic Performance Operations Manager to take centre stage, leading our business across Ireland. If you're passionate about people, performance, and popcorn, this could be the role for you.
As our Performance Operations Manager for Ireland, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our cinemas. You'll lead with heart and hustle, inspiring and engaging our teams to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while keeping a sharp eye on commercial performance.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.
Your key priorities will be:
Leadership:
Motivate, mentor, and manage cinema teams to be their best selves every day.
Talent & Development:
Ensure a healthy and inclusive talent pipeline across Ireland and Northern Ireland, with clear succession planning and a clear focus on people development
Commercial Success:
Drive revenue, optimise costs, and spot opportunities to grow the business.
Guest Experience:
Ensure every guest leaves with a smile
Operational Excellence:
Keep things running like clockwork – from health & safety to scheduling and standards.

* Has proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused multi-site environment.
* Understands the Irish market and ideally has experience influencing within a UK headquartered business.
* Knows how to balance commercial savvy with a people-first mindset.
* Is a proven decision-maker, problem-solver, and team-builder.
* Can bring collaborative ways of working and great interpersonal skills to engage across stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Is ready to travel across our Irish locations and make a real impact.
