The ideal candidate will have
Experience in leading large – scale transformation initiatives, preferably in ERP implementations and global process harmonization.
Previous involvement in change leadership and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field.
Advanced leadership training or certifications in program management.
Permanent position – Salary €60k plus benefits.
