Chief Quality and Patient Safety Director
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the strategic direction of quality, clinical governance, and patient safety across a dynamic healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a unified quality and patient safety strategy, ensuring the highest standards of clinical performance, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
The Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer will lead our response to national and international quality standards, including HIQA and JCI, and provide strategic leadership in the implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This requires strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and compassionate care.
We seek an accomplished healthcare leader with a relevant clinical or healthcare qualification and extensive experience in clinical governance and patient safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven capability in leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering strategic change, and influencing at senior levels. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential.
