About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives to join our client's beef processing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced food production environment, with the possibility of permanent positions being offered for strong performers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Weighing beef products accurately in line with production targets.
2. Labelling products to meet customer and compliance requirements.
3. Packing products efficiently and safely on the production line.
4. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
5. Working as part of a team to meet daily production schedules.
6. Following health & safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
7. Previous experience in a production or food handling role is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to set targets.
9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
10. Ability to work in a chilled food production environment.
11. Reliable and flexible with a positive work ethic.
