This is an excellent position for anyone who is looking to join a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling, prioritising appointments and coordinating diariesScheduling and coordinating team meetings, both onsite and virtualOrganising offsite meetings and events, including logistics, venues, travel and agendasProviding administrative support to the wider team, including ordering and managing office stationery and suppliesPurchasing administration, including raising and tracking purchase requestsPlacing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and liaising with vendors and internal finance teamsMaintaining accurate records and documentation related to purchases and administrationActing as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersSupporting ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree preferred8+ years working at this executive levelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems experienceStrong administrative coordination abilitiesCustomer service experienceIf interested in this posting please feel free to contact Rachel Kent at Life Science Recruitment for further information.
