We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team in Macroom Co.Cork.
The main responsibilities of this role include assisting a busy kitchen with service and preparation on a daily basis, ensuring high quality food is delivered consistently.
* This pivotal position involves supporting the Head Chef & the team by organizing and running the kitchen smoothly, managing junior chefs under direct supervision.
Main Responsibilities
1. Fully manage kitchen operations including food ordering for sections, stock counting, food safety & hygiene procedures.
2. Involvement in menu planning for dishes etc. will also be expected from you as well as maintaining exceptional standards throughout your tenure here.
