Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Investigate client inquiries related to margin analysis, position liquidations, trade cancellations, order trigger conditions, products, and exchange inquiries.
* Resolve routine and complex client concerns promptly via phone, tickets, and chats, ensuring courtesy and sound judgment.
* Learn proprietary trading and administrative platforms to educate clients and support our automated business model.
* Support the Quality Assurance Department with complaint resolution.
* Coordinate with local and international client service teams and interact with external departments such as Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance.
* Analyze and improve existing systems and procedures, contributing to client service policies and systems development.
Qualifications & Experience:
* University degree (NFQ level 7) in finance, economics, or a related field.
* Minimum two years of experience in the financial industry.
* Deep understanding of financial markets, margin methodologies, trading platforms, exchange operations, and regulations.
* Excellent product knowledge: Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Futures, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs.
* Proficiency in PC technologies: Advanced Excel, Office Suite, Email.
* Critical thinker with a passion for technology and financial markets.
* Self-motivated, able to work under stress, independently and in teams.
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
* Fluency in German is required.
* FINRA SIE and Series 7 or interest in obtaining these certifications.
