The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function, ensuring that all aspects of HR administration are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job postings, managing applicant tracking systems, and coordinating interviews.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance management data.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions, contracts, and exit workflows.
* Assist with monthly payroll processes, administer benefits, and manage leave processes, including maternity, paternity, parental, and sickness absence tracking.
* Provide HR systems support and training to managers and employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including engagement programmes, policy development, and employee relations matters.
