Role Overview

The Online Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers through digital communication channels. This role focuses on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear guidance to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities


• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as chat, email, and support platforms.

• Assist customers with account-related questions, order tracking, and basic issue resolution.


• Resolve routine problems efficiently while escalating complex cases when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements
