Automation Test Lead Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned automation test lead to drive the development and implementation of automated testing solutions across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate automation testing efforts, leveraging Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency within the overall testing process.
* Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
* Advocate for an automation-first approach, promoting continuous improvement in testing practices and fostering collaboration with functional testing teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manual and automated testing, ensuring seamless testing processes.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 8+ years in test automation leadership within complex enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and test methodologies, including industry-standard tools and technologies.
* 10+ years experience developing automation scripts in C#.
