Job Title: Commercial Business Partner

Sector: Technology

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – Citywest)

Who Should Apply

This role will suit a recently qualified finance or tax professional with:

* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification, ideally Big 4 trained
* Strong VAT/indirect tax or advisory experience

* Commercial curiosity and confidence in stakeholder engagement
* Aspiration to develop a commercially focused career in industry


Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this newly created role will involve:

* Client Engagement – Acting as the finance partner to tax and finance leaders, understanding their needs and supporting commercial strategy.
* Business Partnering – Collaborating across departments to assess the commercial impact of client data and product adoption.
* Insight & Analysis – Developing financial and tax-based insights to support business development and growth initiatives.
* Commercial Modelling – Building pricing and ROI models to assess client opportunities and support contract negotiations.
* Market Strategy – Supporting go-to-market efforts using VAT knowledge to inform solution development and market positioning.
* Training & Mentoring – Participating in a structured development programme to build commercial skillsets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Liaising with Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
* Client Solutions – Using technical tax understanding to shape commercially viable client solutions that drive value.
