About EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum
At EPIC discover Ireland from the outside in and find out why saying “I’m Irish” is one of the biggest conversation starters, no matter where you are. EPIC tells the moving and unforgettable stories of those who left the island of Ireland, and how they influenced and shaped the world.
We want the people who work for us to be equally inspired to reach their potential. We promise you a working environment where you will be encouraged, challenged, valued and supported and, above all, where you look forward to coming to work every day.
About The Irish Family History Centre at EPIC
Located on‑site at EPIC, The Irish Family History Centre (IFHC) is the world standard in Irish Genealogy. Over 70 million people can claim Irish ancestry today, but many of those descendants are in the dark about who those ancestors are. Responsible for research into the Irish roots of Shania Twain, Tom Cruise and others, the IFHC has helped thousands of people discover more about their Irish Family History over the years, through our expert services. Our dedicated genealogists can map out the Irish ancestors’ lives; creating a tangible connection to them through the ages – how they lived, worked and loved.
The Irish Family History Centre is currently seeking experienced applicants for the role of Expert Genealogist.
This role is part‑time, working 15 hours per week on a six‑month fixed‑term contract.
