Operations Support Coordinator – Waterford City

We're expanding our team in Waterford and looking for a
compassionate, organised Operations Support Coordinator
to help deliver exceptional home care across the region.
What you'll do:
Coordinate client schedules and Healthcare Assistant rotas
Support clients, families, and care teams daily
Ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery
Keep communication flowing between all parts of the service
What you'll bring:
3+ years of professional experience (care or healthcare sector a plus)
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Empathy, reliability, and strong problem-solving ability
A genuine passion for supporting people to live well at home
What we offer:
Permanent, full-time role
Hybrid working (1 day WFH per week)
Performance-based bonus
Flexible hours: 7am–3:30pm
or
9am–5:30pm
Based in Waterford City
