Senior Facilitator Job Opportunity
This is a unique chance to work as a Senior Facilitator in the field of Social Care. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to individuals with complex needs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and develop comprehensive support plans and Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
* Deliver support according to the person's PCP and care plan
* Ensure the needs of the person supported are the primary focus in all activities
* Fully fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential
* Requirements:
* Full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care or relevant 3rd Level qualification at degree level
* Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector
* Awareness of the key worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
* Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Places the needs of the person supported as the key focus in all activities
* Fully fluent English and excellent communication skills
