Job Description
* Provide care and support to individuals in various settings including residential homes, community centers and client's own homes.
* Support clients with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and personal care.
* Assist clients with education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes.
* Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and service users while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. No formal qualification is required but all necessary training will be provided.

2. A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related discipline (must be registered with CORU) is required for the position of Social Care Worker. Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential. Good attitude towards work passionate about supporting people Full Driver's Licence required or in process of achievement.
