We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Growth Specialist to join an expanding hospitality group. This exciting opportunity will see you driving sales growth and developing business relationships across Ireland.
As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales, ideally within the hospitality or event management sectors. They will also possess a strong understanding of hospitality business operations and previous experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
* MANAGING END-TO-END SALES PROCESSES, FROM LEAD GENERATION TO CLOSED DEALS
* Traveling throughout Ireland to attend events and meet with clients
* FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE YOU CAN ATTEND EVENTS AS NEEDED
