Oracle Fusion ERP Lead | Global Professional Services Firm Our client, a globally connected powerhouse and a leader in professional services, is seeking a strategic and experienced ERP Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion.
This is a high-impact leadership role within their Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence, reporting directly to the Head of Co E.
You will own the development, growth, and commercial success of the Fusion ERP capability, driving market innovation and mentoring a world-class team of consultants.
Responsibilities Business Development: Shape and lead ERP workstream solutioning for high-value proposals.
Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs, procurement leaders, and client programme directors.
Capability Growth: Design and execute capability uplift plans across Financials, Procurement, and Projects.
Lead recruitment and certification initiatives to build a "best-in-class" team.
Offering & IP Development: Create proprietary assets and packaged services (e.g., Rapid Assessments, Co A design toolkits, and configuration blueprints) to streamline global delivery.
Delivery Oversight: Provide architectural governance on major ERP engagements, ensuring quality and managing functional risks across the project lifecycle.
Experience8-10+ years in Oracle ERP, with at least 3-4 years specifically in Fusion Cloud delivery.
Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in proposal leadership, scope shaping, and solution design.
Education: Third-level degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related discipline.

Analytical Depth: Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize large-scale financial processes.
