The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service requires an Estates Manager and 2x Estates Officers to join the team in Knockbracken Healthcare Park.
Initially this position is on a temporary basis for 3/6 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
These are full-time positions working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with an hourly rate of £19.10.
The main duties include: Developing and implementing Estates and Fleet development strategy Enforcing health and safety and environmental legislation ensuring all is adhered to Monitoring the operations of the Estates function Performing risk assessments Arranging all major and minor maintenance repairs that are cost efficient What We Need From You A HND, or equivalent, qualification in a relevant subject e.g.
