The Role
* Act as a strategic partner to site leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals
* Lead workforce planning initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders to ensure the right capabilities, structures, and talent pipelines are in place
* Partner with colleagues to execute HR programs, including Workforce Planning & Organisational Development, Employee Relations & Compliance, Benefits & Rewards, Talent Management & Development, and Employee Engagement & Culture
