Role: Finance Manager - 8 Month Maternity Contract Location: Dublin 22 Fully office based Salary: €55k - €60k We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a contract role based in Dublin 22.
Role Requirements: Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reporting.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Oversee VAT returns, PAYE, and liaise with Revenue where required Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control processes Manage, mentor, and assist finance team members Allocate workload, set objectives, and support performance management Support finance-related projects, system upgrades, or business change initiatives Act as a key finance contact for internal departments Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies Candidate Requirements: 3 5 years experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role Previous experience in a high-volume Payroll environment a distinct advantage Strong knowledge of Irish tax and statutory reporting requirements People management experience Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50 / Sage 200) INDCAT1 Skills: Finance Manager accountant Management Accountant
