Applying policy/regulatory requirements to assess permissibility of relationships for independence purposes, using problem-solving know-how to develop and offer conclusions.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills to probe for information and communicate with impact and empathy.
Strong client service focus in dealing with partners and staff at all levels and areas of the firm.
High level of accuracy, superb attention to detail and ability to collect, analyse, connect and structure information, applying professional skepticism to evaluate and verify information thoroughly.
Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment, and to work independently with various stakeholders and adapt to organisational changes.
Strong people and project management skills, including monitoring team workload to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
