I'm looking for a flexible IT helper to assist with a small personal project. The work involves troubleshooting software issues, basic setup and maintenance, and guidance on best practices. Ideally you have experience with common operating systems, office productivity software, and simple scripting or automation. I’m hoping to find someone who can explain steps clearly and works with me at a comfortable pace. Preference for someone who can visit in person if needed or work remotely, and who can commit to a few hours spread across the week.
