Entry Controller Security Officer A leading and dynamic organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Controller to join their Dublin branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the entry and release of vehicles at auction while ensuring the smooth operation of daily processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the arrival and departure of vehicles through Entry Control.Input vehicle details and service histories into the Auction Manager System.Organize and maintain paperwork for all vehicles arriving onsite for auction.Handle the release of vehicles through Entry Control after auctions.Provide timely and accurate updates to the support team on new vehicle arrivals via daily reports.Monitor CCTV to ensure security and compliance.Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:Strong IT literacy and proficiency in relevant systems.Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.A team player who can collaborate effectively and work within deadlines.A flexible attitude to working hours.Must hold a clean full driving license for 3 years or more.Desirable SkillsFull driving license.Work ScheduleHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).Additional hours may be required as needed.CompensationSalary: 13.50 per hour plus overtime opportunities.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented work environment.
