Sustainability Engineer - Environmental Engineering Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct LEED assessments and manage certification processes to ensure projects achieve desired sustainability ratings.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate sustainable design solutions from concept through to construction.
* Develop and evaluate sustainable design strategies, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and materials selection.
* Perform environmental and energy modeling, providing insights on the most impactful sustainability measures.
* Monitor industry trends, staying up-to-date with advances in sustainable practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sustainability engineering role, ideally within a consultancy setting.
* LEED accreditation is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of sustainable building certifications and regulatory frameworks.
* Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., IES, EnergyPlus) and sustainable analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
