Role Overview As CNM2, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the nursing home.
You will support and guide nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with HIQA standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the service.
