Programme Overview: Our 2-year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. You'll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, learning the fundamentals of IT support, client interaction, and troubleshooting. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you'll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure, Networks, or Cyber Security.
What You'll Learn:
* Provide Level 1 support to clients, handling live technical issues across networking, security, cloud infrastructure, and communications.
* Administer Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
* Gain experience in monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT uptime.
* Work closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Develop essential client-facing skills, managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
* Deliver first-level support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
* Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
* Document technical solutions and update system records.
What Were Looking For:
* A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline (preferred).
* A demonstrable passion for technology and IT infrastructure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
