* Run intelligent, well-targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and referrals to engage them.
* Qualify leads, conduct initial conversations, and schedule strategic follow-up meetings with our senior team.
* Prepare briefing materials and coordinate meetings to ensure a seamless experience for prospects.
* Personally invite HR leaders to Senovis roundtables and private events as part of the relationship-building journey.
* Maintain up-to-date, detailed CRM records in HubSpot and manage your sales pipeline with discipline and clarity.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) in large organizations.
* Background in HR, professional services, recruitment, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
