Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of all assigned accounts, as well as managing work queues and participating in team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of reconciling all assigned accounts accurately and efficiently within relevant deadlines
* Ensuring queries are answered in line with department procedures
* Work queue management and completion within relevant deadlines
Accountabilities:
* Employees must adhere to the regulatory regime applicable to this role
* Employees are expected to exercise due care and diligence in organizing and controlling their areas of responsibility
* Employees must observe proper standards of market, business, and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in duty execution
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* Previous financial services experience is highly desirable
* Customer Service experience would be an advantage
* Ability to review and resolve queries
* Strong planning and organization skills
* Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment
