A bit about the job Youll join our Pensions Technical Services team the people who give clear, trusted guidance on our Individual and Group Pension products.
The team supports Broker Consultants, brokers across the market, and our own admin colleagues, helping them navigate day-to-day technical queries.
Youll also play a part in delivering our regulatory reporting, building strong relationships with the authorities we work with.
In your day-to-day, youll answer technical questions, spot opportunities to make our processes run smoother, and support project and non-standard work.
Its a role where your curiosity, flexibility and initiative will help shape better outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Youll need to live within a commutable distance of our Dublin Cherrywood office, with the possibility of transitioning to our One Park Place location as business needs evolve.
Skills and experience were looking for Experience working in Financial Services ideally in an administrative or customer-facing role.
A background in pensions administration is an advantage, but not essential well give you the training you need.
Strong attention to detail, great organisational skills and confidence using MS Office (Excel in particular).
The ability to work to tight deadlines, use your initiative and solve problems while keeping service levels high.
Clear, confident communication both written and verbal and a genuine passion for supporting customers and colleagues.
