We are seeking an accomplished Accountant to join our team in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing accounts, inputting into and assisting with the office work plan, managing multiple jobs ensuring key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner, and client relationship management ensuring client service level expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Preparation and Management: Prepare and manage accounts accurately and efficiently.
* Office Work Plan Assistance: Assist with inputting into and contributing to the office work plan.
* Job Management: Manage multiple jobs to ensure key objectives are delivered on time and as required.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their service level expectations are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in an Accounting practice, strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency in SAGE/Related Accounting Software and Payroll Packages, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, capability of working on your own initiative, and a strong attention to detail.
Agricultural background/knowledge would be an advantage but not essential. The right candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
