Role Overview
Our Cork based client is seeking a customer-focused Sales Team Member to support the electrical supplies division.
Experience in electrical or technical sales is an advantage but not essential.
Full product and systems training provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Front-line sales support: phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing and stock queries.
• Process sales orders, quotations and purchase requests.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Promote Caltech's products, suppliers and solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement on stock and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
• Support development of new sales opportunities.

Desirable
• Experience in electrical wholesale, retail or B2B sales.
