* This is a leadership position that requires experience working in management or supervisory roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to proper opening/closing procedures. You will also supervise and motivate your team members to deliver exceptional service to our guests while managing inventory effectively, reducing wastage and meeting financial targets. Additionally, we require applicants with a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits who can provide a welcoming experience for all patrons while adhering strictly to health safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Prior experience as a senior bartender or supervisor within hotels or busy establishments;
