Recruitment Consultant @ GKR Search and Selection | Aircraft Leasing Recruitment My client is a leading aircraft leasing firm recruiting for a VP Technical to join their team. Reporting to the CTO, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing global team.
Responsibilities
* Manage delivery, redelivery, and transition of aircraft across global portfolios.
* Support acquisitions, disposals, and remarketing of aircraft and engines.
* Review and negotiate technical provisions in lease documentation.
* Oversee maintenance reserve claims, audits, and lessee compliance.
* Liaise with OEMs, MROs, and aviation authorities on technical matters.
Qualifications
* Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in aircraft or engine leasing, maintenance, or asset management.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to travel
