Director of Sales & Marketing is a pivotal role at the heart of our hotel's success, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving property revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve hotel objectives.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts in Corporate, MICE, Business groups, Airlines, Agent, Tour Operator, and Leisure segments in local, regional, and global markets.
* Seek out and secure new corporate and leisure business opportunities.
* Deliver budgeted room sales in key segments, including corporate/corporate group/consortia/conference in house/ad hoc tour series and tour series/Airline etc.
* Assist with delivering budgeted Food and Beverage sales, focusing on the restaurant & bar.
Marketing and PR
* Promote the hotel's brand identity through online and offline marketing initiatives, supporting revenue objectives in all rooms and MICE segments.
* Lead the management and planning of offline marketing & PR opportunities, including self-generated in-house and agency projects.
* Develop new products / packages / services to generate positive PR for the hotel, supporting sales budgets.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role in the hotel sector, preferably with Hilton experience.
* The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility in day-to-day task demands, remaining focused when priorities and practices change.
* To be clear, concise, and professional in all communications both written and verbal.
