We are looking for talented and driven Chef de Partieswith immediate start. Key Responsibilities Prepare dishes for breakfast, Lunch, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events. Maintain food preparation and storage to HACCP standards. Assist with menu preparation and implementation of seasonal and industry trends. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Requirements 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends. HACCP knowledge and compliance. Ability to multi-task and assist across all kitchen sections when required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
