The CEO will be responsible for the leadership and management of local services, ensuring the organisation operates in alignment with its mission, values, and strategic objectives. The role requires exceptional governance, financial acumen, and decision-making skills to ensure the charity continues to deliver impactful services to those in need. The CEO will work closely with the Board and other stakeholders to enhance their visibility, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability, particularly through successful fundraising strategies.

7. Proven leadership experience at a senior management level, preferably within the charity or social care sector.

9. Demonstrated success in fundraising and income generation, with a track record of securing significant funding.
10. Excellent decision-making abilities with strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
11. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
12. Commitment to the values and ethos of the charity, with a passion for social change.
13. Experience working with vulnerable or marginalised populations.
14. Experience working with Boards of Management and managing volunteer team
