We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our properties meet high standards and comply with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, engineering or construction, along with an ONC or equivalent qualification. Strong planning and organisational skills are essential for managing competing demands and deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring maintenance work is carried out to a high standard and meets all compliance requirements
* Performing routine checks to identify potential issues and taking proactive steps to prevent problems
* Working closely with the team to share knowledge and best practices
* Collaborating on delivery of property plans and implementing innovative solutions to common issues
* Using mobile technology to drive process improvements and enhance work completion
* Supporting key metrics through practical application of skills
Maintenance Team Member
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, and supported individuals
* Working cooperatively as part of a team to achieve service objectives
* Upholding professional integrity and boundaries at all times
* Proactively seeking feedback and identifying own development objectives
What You Can Expect from Us
* A 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
* Cycle to work scheme and option to purchase/sell annual leave
